The best city
Defenetly Buenos Aires. Art scenes, athmosphere and people are amazing. It is a place I could see myself living in.
The best site
Machupicchu. It is a must! Even though it is high touristic site, it is just breathtaking. I loved all the mystic hiding behind it and it just makes you think of how clever humans were at time but also how cruel they could get among themselves.
The best natural scenery
Not sure, I would put Iguazu falls and the amazone on the same level. The power of nature in Iguazu and the diversity of fauna and flora in the amazone
The best experience
The amazone. Travelling by boat on the rivers, discovering animals, being with Lot and Laurens, the amazingly cheerfull people, sleeping with tarantulas.
The best people
Well, it is impossible to say. Each culture, each person had something amazing about them.
However, I was impressed by the peruvian and bolivian women living in the mountains. They were so discret and proud. They wore their hats and traditional clothes with pride.
The best person we met (and didn t know before leaving) is Felipe, the owner of the hostel we stayed in at Salvador, Brazil. He was welcoming, easy, amazing.
If we had to point out a negatif point? The mosquitoes...that is about it!
